Characteristics of the food from Cuba:  Cuban food is very dry and big portions are always served to everyone.  One of the main side dishes used is called a yuca.  It is a root-type food dressed with garlic.  It tastes simliar to a baked potatoe.

I had a pretty good time at Cafe Piquet.  I would reccomend for other people to maybe find another Cuban restaurant to eat at.  This one is also good too.
